What makes EB Denim products sustainable?

EB Denim is rooted in the reconstruction of vintage, made in America Levi 501s. Each pair of jeans is hand picked one by one and reconstructed in Los Angeles, California. We recycle all excess materials for other designs with not one piece going to waste. In making our new denim, we ensure the production is run on renewable energy. Denim is one of the few pieces in your closet that will only look better with time, and we guarantee with our unique reconstruction and flattering fit, they will never go out of style.

How do you ensure that workers within your supply chain are treated ethically?

We maintain close relationships with everyone in manufacturing, always paying workers a living wage. All of our pieces are shipped out of Los Angeles, California.

What is the best way to care for my jeans?

Preferably dry-clean, or machine wash cold and tumble dry low setting with light colors.

Ordering

When will my order ship?

Domestic orders will ship in 4-12 business days (may take slightly longer during sales & holidays). 1/1 pieces will be shipped out the same or next business day with priority USPS shipping. All products are semi made to order, so please be patient with us. If you are requesting certain washes or alterations, please expect an additional few days. EB Denim ships from Los Angeles, CA. Delivery times are provided as a guideline only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. 

How can I choose the best size for me?

Our jeans conform to your body with heat and wear, so we suggest going with a pair that is tight fitting initially.  Trust us, if they button, they fit.  All of the jeans are sized one at a time after production based on how they fit our size models, so expect slight variation in sizing. We run true to size, but if you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down. If you are uncertain what size you would be, feel free to email us at info@ebdenim.com

Can I cancel my order?

To change or cancel and order, please email info@ebdenim.com for further assistance. 

Are taxes and duties included in my order total? 

Taxes and duties are not included in the order total, and are calculated by the shipping carrier based on location. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. If you refuse a shipment from EB Denim, you are responsible for the original purchase and shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to EB Denim. 

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is your return policy?

All items are available for return and exchanges within the first 7 days after the delivery date.

Please note, all orders placed during 2024 Black Friday and Cyber Monday are eligible for store credit ONLY. No returns or exchanges are accepted. Any double marked products (additional discounts on top of sale) purchased are FINAL SALE. No exceptions.

If you need to exchange, please visit our Exchanges Portal within 7 days from when your items were delivered. Please return the product in the same condition with the tags still attached. We will not accept exchanges for items that have been worn or altered. Any alterations will make the item final sale.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

International orders will be shipped via DHL Express or UPS within 4-12 business days, pending payment authorization and verification. Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country ["Import Fees"]. 

Is it possible to change the shipping location after I have placed an order?

Absolutely. If the order has not yet been shipped out, customers can email info@ebdenim.com with their order number and updated address. 

Who can I contact to request an alteration?

Finding a perfect pair of jeans is easy when you take quality denim and adjust it to your measurements. We offer complimentary alterations up to $25 for each pair of vintage product purchased from ebdenim.com on all orders within 30 days of when the order was received. Please email info@ebdenim.com with a photo of your alterations receipt along with your order number and we will issue you a refund for the cost of your alteration. Please note items that have been altered are no longer eligible for a return or an exchange. **DOES NOT APPLY TO ORDERS PLACED DURING BLACK FRIDAY/CYBER MONDAY SALE**

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes through USPS only.

What if my item arrives damaged or dirty?

Because our jeans are reconstructed from Vintage Levi 501s, they may come with slight stains or imperfections. However if this is a concern, or if your item arrives not to your liking, please email us at info@ebdenim.com and we would be happy to work with you to find an alternate pair!

What if my package gets lost or stolen?

EB Denim is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Once the package is handed to the shipping carrier, its route is out of our control. If this does, on the rare occasion, occur, we recommend directly contacting the shipping carrier and they will be able to further assist you. 

If you purchased Route Package Protection with your order, they will be able to assist you directly in compensating for you lost or stolen item. You can file a claim here.
